Questions Screen

 

The question screen features an option for speaking your question (using the built-in iOS speech to text engine), type it or click on a list of questions listed:

 

•  If the user clicks the iOS keyboard Microphone Icon then the question will be spoken by the user and automatically acted upon. No ‘Ask’ click required.

•  If the user types a question or keyword, then clicks’ Ask’ then the search will initiate.

•  There is also a list of the most popular questions asked this person, as determined by YouTube plays

On Search Action - If Result

 

•  If there is a single hit then the video will play (see next section).

•  If there is more than one hit then the questions will be listed, along with any relevant tags, most recent at the top, oldest at the bottom of the list. Tap result to watch the video or enter a new search or Back to previous screen:

If there is no recorded answer to the users question you will be presented with a scree asking the user the following question. If the user chooses to be notified they will be emailed (not in this prototype):
