As you can see below, Liquid 4 OS X takes less than half the steps of conventional copy and paste.

It's not difficult to get up to Liquid speed since you can always use the mouse and all the keyboard shortcuts are marked, so you can, for example, see that there is an (r) next to 'References' so you click 'r'. It's quick and easy.

These results are for Liquid OS X. Liquid Chrome & Server is even simpler and quicker, but not extensive (select text, point to icon, choose command).
